How CJSmartFinance Started

Funny story — this blog began as a simple idea during one of those “I should start writing about this” moments.

After years in agribusiness and accounting, I noticed something: most finance advice online either sounded too corporate or too shallow.
So, I started writing my own — real, relatable money stories from my experience working in business, managing budgets, and learning (sometimes the hard way) how to make money decisions that actually work.

That’s how CJSmartFinance was born — a personal finance blog with a professional backbone.

Now, with Pancrasio and Kefas onboard, it’s grown into something bigger: a space that’s practical, well-researched, and genuinely human.
